You may request an exchange within 7 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for an exchange:

2. Share your order number and reason for exchange
3. We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions
4. Ship the item back to us (return shipping is at customer's cost)
5. Once received and inspected, we'll dispatch the replacement within 3–5 days
We do not offer monetary refunds. All transactions are exchange-only.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace the item at no additional cost, including return shipping.
